Spatial Multi-Point Wind Speed and Temperature Distribution Measurement System TempRan WS

Achieving visualization of the temperature and wind speed of airflow in space through actual measurements! We address the concerns of research and development professionals who are not satisfied with simulation results!

You can simultaneously measure the temperature and wind speed of airflow in indoor and factory spaces. The TempPlan ultra-multi-channel data logging system allows for the connection of hundreds of temperature sensors with a single input signal cable, enabling reduced wiring compared to thermocouple types, and it also offers better noise resistance compared to analog signals. Wind speed measurement can be performed using the ultra-compact adhesive wind speed and temperature probe, allowing for detailed wind speed distribution measurements with the GeZ200 series multi-point wind speed measurement system. The measured wind speed and temperature data can be visualized in 3D space display software, enabling not only numerical data but also 2D (surface distribution) and 3D (spatial distribution) displays on a PC. By visualizing the temperature and wind speed in the space, time-saving effects for analysis and evaluation reports can be achieved. 【Features】 ■ Simultaneous measurement of temperature and wind speed of airflow in space ■ Connection of hundreds of temperature sensors with a single input signal cable ■ Time-saving effects for analysis and evaluation reports *For more details, please download the materials or contact us.

Fiber Optic Strain and Temperature Distribution Measurement System 'FBI-Gauge'

With a single optical fiber, extensive strain and temperature measurement is achieved! It enables distribution measurement in lines and surfaces, moving beyond traditional point measurements!

Are you facing challenges or requests in strain measurement and temperature measurement like these? "I can only measure parts of the object and want to measure a wider area easily." "I want to measure in narrow gaps that are hard to reach." "I want to conduct measurements in electromagnetic field environments or fire-restricted environments." The "FBI-Gauge" is a sensing system for strain and temperature that utilizes optical fibers as sensors. It allows for continuous measurement along the optical fiber, enabling not only point measurements but also continuous and extensive line and surface measurements. Since it does not require a large number of strain gauges or thermocouples, installation costs and time can be significantly reduced. There are various measurement achievements, including torsion tests of vehicle bodies, temperature measurements on radiator thermometers, strain measurements on pressure tanks, and temperature measurements inside fuel cells. 【Features】 ■ Capable of line and surface measurements, not just point measurements ■ Significantly reduced sensor weight ■ Usable in electromagnetic wave environments and fire-restricted environments ■ Can be attached with a flexible layout ■ Capable of diverse measurements of strain and temperature with a single sensor *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Accurate measurement of temperatures in spaces where abnormal phenomena such as heat accumulation occur! Measurement case studies.

"Unable to accurately monitor the spatial temperature..." A case study that solved the difficulties in measuring spatial temperature distribution due to various factors.

At Kyushu Measuring Instruments, we have developed a spatial temperature distribution measurement system that employs a 1-Wire method, allowing for efficient wiring in a single stroke to the target space using sensors capable of multi-point synchronous measurement. This enables us to propose spatial temperature distribution measurements that are not affected by noise emitted from plant equipment and other sources. This case study collection includes information on the measurement of spatial temperature distribution that we have resolved. [Contents] - Background of the measurement system development - Temperature distribution measurement from the floor (a case where reproducibility could not be achieved with conventional methods) - Temperature distribution measurement near the ceiling - Examples of measurement jigs tailored to the spatial conditions - Software that expresses spatial measurement data "more clearly" If you are interested, please download the PDF or contact us.
